My name is Jeff Gould and I am a college student and freelance web designer in Long Beach, California. I am also a managing editor and webmaster of the Long Beach Union Weekly newspaper. I have been designing and developing in php for the web for about seven years as a hobby and finally made it my profession in 2005.
I have experience creating standards-compliant, functional websites from the ground up using (x)HTML, CSS, PHP, mySQL, and Java Script. However I hope to continue learning about web technologies and perhaps even add a few more tools to my proverbial bag of tricks. I also hope to use these skills to give back to the web community and plan on offering up open-source code snippets, designs, and scripts through this website.
